On Nov. 28th, Guanzhong Chinese Medicinal Materials Logistics base, as well as the largest base in the northwest of China, was officially put into operation. It could satisfy 70% of storage demands of Chinese medicinal materials in Shaanxi.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is the treasure of China. During fighting against COVID-19, it played a significant role. Shaanxi government built 3 Chinese medicinal logistics bases including south of Shaanxi, north of Shaanxi and Guanzhong in order to “Inherit the essence, keep innovation”. Meanwhile, 15 genuine medicinal materials planting and primary processing bases had been established, and forming a national Chinese medicinal materials logistics producing base with place of origin processing, quality testing, transportation and distribution,and traceable all the way.
Base in Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park will transport high-quality Chinese medicine from all over the country to other countries along the Belt and Road by China Railway Express “Changan”, which will decrease cost of logistics dramatically. The base is a northwest branch warehouse of world’s genuine Chinese medicinal materials electric trading service platform, and provides a logistics basis for Chinese medicine going abroad.
